The Project:
Flooring for the refurbishment of staff restaurant, used by 700 staff. The design layout had been approved and we were approached as consultants and contractors to provide the flooring solution. The subfloor was in very poor condition and on several levels.

The Solution:
The space comprised three areas:
1) Food Preparation/Servery:
Recommended Product: Altro D25 Safety Flooring
This material is produced specifically for high density usage and is non-slip which is ideal for food preparation and commercial kitchen spaces.

2) Walkways:
Recommended Product: Amtico 'Stratica'
For high density usage, this product is manufactured with a ten year guarantee; it has a good appearance for 'public' areas along with an excellent long-life appearance that has minimum maintenance.

3) Seating Areas:
Recommended Product: Lees 'Workforce' carpet tiles.
Carpet tiles provide a more comfortable feel for the seating areas and these tiles have a lifetime guarantee and are resilient, non-stain and are easy clean.
